Meet Our Founder — Natalie Dimi
As a dermal therapist trained in cosmetic formulation, Natalie recognised a gap in the skincare industry: women needed simple, effective, science-backed skincare — not complicated routines.
After struggling with her own skin challenges and treating thousands of clients at her clinic, Haus of Dermal, she saw firsthand the rise of barrier damage, dehydration and inflammation caused by modern, indoor lifestyles and constant device exposure.
Her mission became clear: create intelligent skincare that supports the skin, not overwhelms it.
The Lightbulb Moment
During post-COVID years, Natalie noticed a dramatic increase in clients suffering from “indoor skin” — dullness, inflammation and irritation from prolonged screen time and artificial light.
